They tell you to talk to your customers but no one tells you that unfortunately most of your customers are unresponsive.
In my experience I get the best results by keeping it simple like if youāre writing a message to a friend.
One word subject line. A couple of sentences. One ask.
Most people want to be helpful as long as you donāt ask them to read and reply to a wall of text with lots of questions.
