This week I talked with a founder who explained he decided to remove monthly plans and have only annual. This is because some users will use their product occasionally and turn on the subscription only when they needed (just one or two times in a year)
He said to me: āIām not interested in serving this customers, so I switch all my plans to annualā.
Now the focus is on the right place.
