Today’s issue is dedicated to micro-tools.
Micro-tools have always been an effective way to attract users. Some, like Buffer, even evolve into standalone products.
But there are a few more thoughts that I would like to share, keep reading, and let’s connect the dots at the end.
1) How to Win SEO fast? Build 1 useful micro-tool, instead of 1000 blogs
The first snack is brought to you by Iuliia Shnai. She builds in public and it’s a must-follow if you’re interested in the topic.
How to win SEO fast?
Build 1 useful micro-tool, instead of 1000 blogs
1. Select domain which contain your keyword
2. Build a simple micro-tool/AI generator
3. Invest in prompts creation and results
4. Share it on platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, Devto
5. Add it to AI tool… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…— Iuliia Shnai (@shnai0)

The second case is by Sveta Bay. She created a persona tool which resulted in an instant SEO boost. -which challenges a lot of ‘SEO beliefs’ don’t you think?
Sorry, but posting 1000 AI-generated articles is not how you win SEO.
Creating simple Free tools is.
It took us less than 2 months to rank #1 by popular requests.
The outcome is better than expected: we get around 100 emails every day.
Simple how-to:
1. Find mid-low… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

🧠 Some thoughts
In my opinion, investing in micro-tools presents stronger short-term benefits than other SEO or content strategies. At least right now, given the context.
By creating tools that are helpful and useful, you essentially minimize downsides.
Now, let’s connect this with the next snack:
Check this fragment from Bills Gate article:

This is important because you may feel uncertain about how to approach SEO at the moment.
This is why you should consider exploring free tools.
✅ Might be a better SEO Investment in the short term.
✅ You’re solving a problem user (and becoming helpful).
✅ You’re exploring new technologies.
And related with the upcoming snack…, the most obvious opportunity is on the GPTs and AI agents. 👇
3) AI agents for SaaS: The first use cases
SaaS Landing Page Builder by Alberto Di Risio
Those are two simple examples.
It’s early days, but tech is moving fast. So I suggest to keep an eye on this.
